S.G. Design Nepal Pvt Ltd, a leading player in the design and engineering sector, is seeking dynamic and skilled Executive Assistant to join our team. We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are passionate about transforming ideas into innovative designs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. 

 We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a similar role, a bachelor's degree, and proficient skills in using the MS Office package.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including
  • scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office applications.
  • Assist in the implementation of ISO process
  • Craft and review quality process.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the management team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
