Job Description

Join Bagaicha as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, a dynamic role requiring a seasoned professional with 3 to 4 years of proven experience. As the right hand to our MD, you'll excel with exceptional communication and writing skills, ensuring seamless coordination and representation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the Managing Director's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attended by the Managing Director.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical files.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional communication and cooperation.
  • Assess and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient time management for the Managing Director.
  • Provide additional support as needed to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Managing Director's office.
