Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a secretary of a CEO/MD
Excellent communication in English and Nepali Bachelors in any business studies or related field

Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Female candidate preferred

Serve as a liaison between the MD and clients, MD and employees, and other stakeholders
Manage the Managing Director and do 80% of MD's job
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management for MD, and follow up
Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination for MD
Perform administrative and office support, such as contract drafting, typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, printing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database as needed by MD
