This position under the general supervision of the principal will be responsible to publish examination schedules for all the programmes, provide information regarding exams to students, planning examinations including venue/seat plan/assigning invigilators for different examinations, to prepare Academic Calendars for foundation level, to prepare attendance forms and ensuring attendance is duly taken during every examination for record keeping, to make sure that materials required for examinations like Admit Card issuance, printing of examination question papers, answer sheets, graph paper, staplers, pen, etc.) are all in place, to distribute examination scripts to faculty members for correction, liaise with the partner university for the examination schedule, moderation process, results in publication and transcript/certificate issuance.
