Ltd.is a growing event management company organizing major youth, school, college, and corporate events across Nepal — from sports tournaments to creative, educational, and cultural programs. We are looking for a passionate and organized Event Officer to join our dynamic team.

Position: Event Officer

Type: Full-Time

Salary: 20,000 |-

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various events and tournaments.
• Liaise with sponsors, institutions, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise on-ground teams and manage event logistics.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing departments for promotional activities.
• Maintain event documentation, reports, and participant records.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree running (Third or Final Year) or Completed, preferably in Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital coordination tools.
• Must own a laptop.
• Prior experience in event management or coordination will be an added advantage.
