Job Description

The Event Officer of New Business Age (P) Ltd is responsible to identify, collect and compile data as per the requirements of the specific event. He/She should lead projects as assigned. The job includes calling meetings, preparing minutes and coordination with support functions as well as visiting sites within Kathmandu valley.

Develop, plan, and execute events according to organizational objectives.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure events comply with relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits.
