Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this senior-level position will have a passion for event planning, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the Consumer Products / FMCG market.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute various events, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, and promotional events
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are utilized
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create event concepts and strategies that align with the company's objectives
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event-related services and materials
Coordinate with internal departments, such as production, logistics, and sales, to ensure all event details are executed smoothly
Oversee event set-up, registration, and attendee management
Conduct market research and gather feedback to continuously improve event effectiveness
Analyze event data and provide reports to upper management
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' events
Manage event staff and volunteers, providing training and support as needed

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, preferably in the Consumer Products / FMCG industry
Proven track record of successful event management and execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
Strong budget management abilities
In-depth knowledge of event planning tools and techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Ability to work long and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
