We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Event Activation Executive. The ideal candidate should be passionate about event coordination, brand promotion, and customer engagement, with the ability to work in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute promotional and activation events
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and event teams
Support branding and marketing campaigns during events
Ensure smooth event setup, operations, and coordination
Engage with customers and represent the brand professionally
Prepare event reports and provide operational support

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree completed or running preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in event activation, event management, marketing, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
Ability to work flexible hours and travel when required
Positive attitude with strong team collaboration skills
