AirCharge is a leading EV charging infrastructure company with 19+ charging stations operating across Nepal. As we continue to expand our charging network, we are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled individuals to join our team and support the future of electric mobility in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV charging stations.
Conduct preventive maintenance and regular site inspections.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical faults.
Monitor charger performance and operational status.
Ensure chargers maintain maximum uptime and reliability.
Assist in charger commissioning, testing, and software updates.
Prepare maintenance reports and service records.
Support customers and field operations when required.
Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance, power systems, transformers, switchgear, solar systems, industrial electrical equipment, or EV charging infrastructure.
Good understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.

Preferred Skills

Experience with DC fast chargers or EV charging infrastructure.
Knowledge of transformers, distribution boards, protection systems, and industrial electrical equipment.
Familiarity with charger commissioning, CMS monitoring, and software upgrades.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
