- Road Division, Bharatpur, Chitwan invites bids from eligible bidders for following works from eligible bidders for the construction of following works under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
- Please refer to the complete set of bidding documents through e-procurement section of PPMO's Website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. For further information about invitation of bids, purchase of bidding document, submission & opening of bids, etc. contact to Division Road Office Bharatpur, Chitwan.
- If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account Number along with Office Code at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd., Bharatpur, and submit the receipt of the Deposited amount of cash.
- The bidder should submit/upload bank guarantee and credit line/liquid asset in the form of standard PPMO's Format. Any conditional bank guarantee and credit line/liquid asset will not be accepted.
- The bidder must submit the original bid security, completed bid and Qualification Information within 5 days from bid opening date. If the bidder failed to provide the above documents, the bid shall not be considered for further evaluation
- Bidders are advised to visit the site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
- If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
- The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.
