Interested individual/firm/company can purchase Bid document from Bank's General Administration and Projects Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali, Kathmandu upon deposit of non-refundable document fee of NPR 5,000.00 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in the Bank account specified below.

The vehicles can be inspected at Bank's Registered Office, Thapathali, Kathmandu from 12th April 2023 to 22nd April 2023 between 8:00 am to 9:30 am or 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
The bidder must submit Bid deposit of 10% of total quoted amount for each vehicle, which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidder after the bid opening. Bidder may apply either for one vehicle, or more than one, or entire vehicles.

Valid copies of Tax clearance of fiscal year FY 2078/2079 - Duly Notarized.

The sealed and stamped Bid document must be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department and submitted in person within the close of business hours on the 15th day of publication of this notice, i.e. April 24, 2023 in the format prescribed in the Bid Document. If the last date of document submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date. NIC ASIA Bank reserves the right to accept the offer wholly or partially, annul or modify the bidding process and/or reject all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
