Arun Rural Municipality, Bhojpur invites electronic bids from eligible Nepalese bidders for upgrading of Pyauli -Charambi -Banchare Road ( CH 12+000 to 17+300)as per details given below under National Competitive Bidding Procedures

2. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 12.00 Noon on 31" day (2077/12/06) from the publication of notice. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 

3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of Arun Rural Municipality, Pyauli, Bhojpur at 2077/11/28 (12 March 2021) during office hour. 

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 on (2077/12/06 (19 March 2021) at the office of Arun Rural Municipality, Pyauli, Bhojpur. Online bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. The scanned copy of the bid security should be uploaded in the e-GP System during bid submission 

5. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 

6. Bidder may submit modification or withdrawal prior to the deadline presented for submission of bid through e-GP system by using the forms and instructions provided by the system. Once a Bid is withdrawn bidder will not be able to submit another bid response for the same bid. 

7. Other mandatory information will be as per public procurement Act 2063 and (PPA) and public procurement Regulation 2064 (Amended)
