1. Likhu Pike Rural Municipality Chaulakharka, Solukhumbu invites sealed bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of Subarn Mod-Kichang-Rindanda Kali Daha Track Open & Road Upgrading Project under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is Rs. 98,00,086.12(estimate amount inclusive VAT).
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office Of Likhu Pike Rural Municipality Chaulakharka, Solukhumbu.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Likhu Pike Rural Municipality Chaulakharka, Solukhumbu and the office Likhu Pike Rural Municipality Chaulakharka, Solukhumbu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of RS - 3,000 (Three Thousand) till 2078/01/31 during office hours. 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Likhu Pike Rural Municipality Chaulakharka, Solukhumbu 2:00 pm on 2078/01/21
5. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office Likhu Pike Rural Municipality Chaulakharka, Solukhumbu by hand/courier before 12:00 noon on 2078/02/01. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 noon on 2078/002/01 at the office of Likhu Pike Rural Municipality Chaulakharka, Solukhumbu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of Rs 2,50,000 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

9. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
