- Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 12:00 Noon on 26th March 2020 at the (PUSHS) Office, Gothgaun, Morang, Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted
- Pre-bid meeting shall be held at (PUSHS) office at 12:00 PM on 12th March 2020
- Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend 1:00 PM on 26th March 2020 at the office of (PUSHS), Office, Gothgaun, MOrang. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period i.e. total of 120 days from the day of bid opening
- If the bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit, Account Name: PUCMAS, Project Office, Account No.: 0901017500624 at Nabil Bank, Branch Office, Itaharai, Nepal and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid
- If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such case the bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline
- Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act-2063, Public Procurement Regulation regulations 2064 and their amendments
- The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever
