INVITATION FOR SEALED QUOTATION

NIC ASIA Bank solicits sealed quotations from interested Companies/Firms for Supply/ Delivery/Renewal/Installation of Barracuda Email Security Gateway License.

Interested Companies/Firm can obtain RFQ Documents from Bank's General Administration & Projects Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon deposit of a non-refundable RFQ Document fee of NPR 1,000/- (NPR One Thousand Only)

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicants should have at least 3 years of company registration.

• The applicants should have minimum experience of service in the related field for the last 3 years.

• The applicants should have an annual turnover at least of NPR. 5 Million in the Latest Financial Year.

• The applicants should have authorization letters for distributorship/dealership for Supply/Delivery/Renewal/Installation of the Barracuda Email Security Gateway License.

Documentation Requirement:

• Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized.

• Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate - Duly Notarized.

• Valid copies of Tax clearance of FY 2078/079-Duly Notarized. MOA and AOA - Duly Notarized.

• Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized.

• Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized.

• Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from Department of Commerce/Industry - Duly Notarized

• Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by Commercial Bank(s)/ renowned corporate houses to back the claim of experience.

• Authorization certificate for distributorship/dealership for the proposed brand. Other required documents as mentioned in RFQ Document. Sealed RFQ with the required documents mentioned above is to be submitted within the close of business on 22nd March 2023 in the prescribed format. Sealed RFQ should be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department and must be submitted in person. Sealed RFQ received after the deadline will not be accepted. RFQ opening date shall be informed to participating applicants.
