1. Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Supply of Workers & Security Gurard Services, National comperitive bidding procedures.
2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of the Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences, Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara, Tel. 061-533500 or may visit PPMO cgp system www.bolpatra.gov.nplegp.
3. Bidder should submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for c-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpala gov uplegp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account as specified below.

4. Bids should be submitted to the Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences, Pokhara through PPMO's c-GP system www.bolpalra.gov.np/cgp on or before 12:00 on 2077-05-17 Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The bids will be opened in the presesnce of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00, 2077-05-17 at the oflice of Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences, Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid
6. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid secunty shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
7. The purchaser reservs the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
