REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Prabhu Bank Limited invites expression of interest (EOI) from potential suppliers for enlistment for supply of various goods and services categorized below for fiscal year 2080/81.
Suppliers with up to 3 years involvements in the related field may submit their application form with below documents.
Firm/Company Registration Certificate (Renewed)
PAN/VAT Certificate
Tax Clearance Certificate 2078/79 or submission report
Average annual turnover of recent 3 years
Audit Report of recent 3 years
Detail of Company Profile (to be incorporate in application form) with Reference Letters from Present Clients
Suppliers can collect application form from General Administration Department Procurement (GAD-P) upon payment of non-refundable fee Rs.2,000.00 (In Words: Two Thousand Only) in the account no. 999-01260010200 [Central Settlement AC]. Application is to be submitted by 3:00 PM on 18th April, 2023; at the Bank's GAD-P or nearby Prabhu Bank Branches. Application submitted after the deadline neither be accepted nor entertained. If holiday announced by Government on last submission date; the next working day of the Bank shall be the date for application submission (as the case may be). The Bank reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all applications partially or fully without assigning any reason whatsoever. The details of Goods & Services and other terms & conditions will be as detailed in respective EOI Form.
Please note that Vendors/Suppliers are requested to submit the supply detail only in specialized/authorized items/sectors & have capacity/sufficient manpower of prompt response.
