Invitation of BID
Security Guards and Housekeeping

1. The Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Bank") invites sealed tender for the supply of Security Guards and House Keeping.
The Interested Vendors (hereinafter referred to as "The Bidder" can participate in the tendering process under competitive bidding procedures as per specifications provided in the Bid Document.
A complete set of bid document may be purchased by the Bidder on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in "Other Miscellaneous Income "9958310000":
NRs. 5,000.00 for Security Guards and
NRs. 2000.00 for Housekeeping.
The tender document must be accompanied by a Bid Bond (2.5% of the Bid Amount inclusive of VAT) in the form of a Bank Guarantee from any 'A' class Commercial Bank of Nepal or Cash Deposit in our Bank's account number 9916102000 (Security Deposit). The Bid Bond validity must be for at least 2 (Two) months from the last date of Submission.
The last date of bid submission is on or before November 02, 2022, 5.00 PM.

Housekeeping: 11:00 AM, November 03, 2022, 5th Floor Central Office, Kamalpokhari.
Security Guard: 11.00 AM, November 04, 2022, 5th Floor Central Office, Kamalpokhari.
