Save the Children, Nepal Country Office is inviting submissions of tenders for the supply of following goods and services:
- Package I: Supply of Magic Bag
- Package II: Supply of Offset Printing Services
Detailed instructions and Tender Response documents are available starting Tuesday, December 24, 2020 by request at [email protected]. When emailing your request, you must provide: tender reference number (SCI/NEP/ITT/20201002 for Package I: Supply of Magic Bag and/or Package IISupply of Offset Printing Press Service, your company name, your name, contact number, other valid email addresses with scanned copy of company registration, VAT registration and Tax clearance certificate of FY 2075/76.
LAST DAY TO SUBMIT BIDS: Friday, January 15, 2021, 16:30 HRS All submissions need to be in sealed envelopes or sent via email at [email protected]. Details are in the tender response documents. If you do not receive any feedback by Thursday, 22 January 2021, please assume your bid was not successful.
Save the Children reserves the right to award none, partial or the entire bids to one or more bidders.
