1. Gautam Buddha International Airport Civil Aviation Office (GBIACAO) invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for "Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of grass cutter tractor 45 HP & grass cutter medium 24 HP inclusive of Spare parts for GBIACAO". 

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bid Documents at the office of Gautam Buddha International Airport Civil Aviation Office, procurement section, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi, Nepal.

3. Each Bidding document may be purchased on or before 2079-06-09 at office Procurement Section, Gautam buddha International Airport Civil Aviation Office by eligible Bidders or authorized agent/representative of the bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate and applicable registration certificates, Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document of NRs. 3,000/- (Rupees three Thousand) +VAT (NonRefundable) in Account Number 1090100064917001 in cash at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Main Branch, Bishalbazar, Kathmandu. 

4. Bid must be submitted to the given address on or before 12:00 on 2079/06/11 Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders or Bidder's representatives who choose to attend 14:00 on 2079/06/11 at the office of Procurement Section, Gautam Buddha International Airport Civil Aviation Office, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi. Bids shall be opened even in the absence of the bidders or their Authorized representative(s).

6. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate Bid Bond in the form of a bank guarantee of the Nepalese 'A' Class Bank or Bank Voucher of cash deposited at Civil Bank, Branch Office Bhairahawa Account No.01010022060049 for an amount of NRs.1.15,000/- or its Equivalent amount. Successful Bidders shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in accordance with the prevailing Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 before signing of Contract.

7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

8. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever prior to award of contract.
   

9. This notice is also displayed on CAAN Website//www.caanepal.org.np. GBIACAO Website// www.gbia.caanepal.gov.np .

10. The bidder shall quote for only one main offer. Alternate offer, if any, shall not be considered for evaluation.

11. Any additional matters not covered by this shall be in accordance with the prevailing Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 of the GON.
