- Bangad Kupinde Municipality has allocated funds towards the Supply Delivery, Construction of 11 kv/LT line in Bangad kupinde, and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contracts stated below, And Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
- The Bangad Kupinde Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Devasthal, Salyan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of Electricity works under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures with contract details as follows:

Minimum Works Experince in Simillar nature of 1- Projects: At least NRS 18,389,846.37 that have been successfully or are substantially completed

Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in Bangad Kupinde Municipality, Office of The Municipal Executive, Devasthal salyan Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

Rajaswo (Revenue) Shirsak no.:33114 - Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
- Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Bangad kupinde Municipality at 2077/03/31 At 12.00 PM electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 2077/04/12 (27th July, 2020), 12:00PM Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2077/04/12(27th July, 2020), 13:00PM at the office of Bangad Kupinde Municipality, Devasthal, Salyan. Bids must be valid for a period 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to a minimum of 560000, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e.,2077/08/12)
- If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
- Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partially, any or all the bids without assigning.
- Other rules should be as per public procurement Act 2063, Public procurement Regulation 2064
