RE-INVITATION FOR SEALED QUOTATION
(First Notice Published on 22nd June 2022), 

Eligibility Criteria:

• The Company/firm of the applicant should have been registered at least 3 years ago.

•  The applicants should have minimum experience of service in related fields for the last 3 years. 

• The applicants should have annual turnover of at least NPR. 5 million during the latest fiscal year. 

• The applicants should have authorization letter for distributorship/dealership for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of VMware vSphere 7 Essential plus kit with 1 year support and subscription. 

Documentation Requirement:

• Company/Firm Registration Certificate-Duly Notarized.

• Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate-Duly Notarized. 

• Valid copies of Tax clearance of latest Financial Year - Duly Notarized. 

• MOA and AOA-Duly Notarized. 

• Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized.

• Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) -Duly Notarized. 

• Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from 

• Department of Commerce/Industry-Duly Notarized 

• Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by Commercial Bank(s)/ renowned corporate houses to back the claim of experience.

• Authorization certificate for distributorship/dealership for the proposed brand.

• Other required documents as mentioned in the RFQ Document. 

Sealed RFQ for all the requirements mentioned above are to be submitted within close of business on 1st July 2022 in the prescribed format. Sealed RFQ should be addressed to the General Administration & Projects Management Department and must be submitted in person. Sealed RFQ received after the deadline will not be accepted.
