INVITATION FOR SEALED BID
NIC ASIA Bank solicits sealed bids from interested Company/Firm for supply and delivery of Two Wheelers.
Interested Company/Firm can obtain bid documents from Bank's General Administration and Projects Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon payment of non- refundable bid document fee of NPR 5,000.00 (In Words, NPR Five Thousand only).
Eligibility Criteria At least 3 years of company registration. Work experience of at least 3 organizations/BFIs of Nepal in last three years. Annual turnover of at least of NPR 50 Million in the fiscal year 2078/79. Documentation Requirement Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized. Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate - Duly Notarized. Valid copies of TAX Paid receipt of fiscal year FY 2078/79-Duly Notarized. MOA and AOA- Duly Notarized. Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized. Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized. Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from - (Department of Commerce/Industry) - Duly Notarized. Authorization certificate for distributorship/dealership for the proposed product if applicable - Duly Notarized. Other documents as prescribed in Bid Documents Note: Listed Vendors for fiscal year 2079/80 of the Bank are not mandatorily required to submit the notarized copies of above-mentioned documents.
Sealed bids are to be submitted within close of business hour on July 03, 2023 in the prescribed format. Sealed bid should be addressed to General Administration and Projects Management Department and must be submitted in person. Sealed bids are to be submitted not later than next working day if there is public holiday in last date of submission. Sealed bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Financial bids shall be opened on July 13, 2023 at Registered Office,Thapathali.
