1. The Kathmandu Valley Substation Automation Project, Nepal Electricity Authority invites sealed quotations from registered Suppliers for the supply and Delivery of Two-Wheeler vehicles (Motorcycle).

3. Bidders shall download the bidding documents for e-submission from Site www.bolpatra.gov.np and shall submit their bid electronically only. Bidders shall deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000.00 for the bidding document in the account as specified below and it's mandatory to upload the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Scaled Quotations must be electronically submitted on or before [12:00 PM]22 June 2021. Sealed Quotations received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
5. Sealed Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after the opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount of Nes 37,000/-, in form of a Bank Guarantee issued by 'A' class commercial bank in favour of NEA Kathmandu Valley Substation Automation Project and shall be valid for 75 days after the opening of the Sealed Quotations.
6. If the bidder wishes to deposit Cash as Bid Security, the cash shall be deposited in account number as mentioned above and mandatorily upload the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.
7. Scaled Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Suppliers representatives who choose to attend at [2:00 PM] on 22 June 2021 at the office of The Project Manager, Kathmandu Valley Substation Automation Project.
8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
9. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
