1. Province Dairy Development Board, Bagamati Provinceh as received a grant from Bagamati Province Goverment towards the cost of the Supply and Delivery of Road Milk Tanker and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply and Delivery of Road Milk Tanker, PDDB/BA/077/78/NCB/GOODS/03. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. The Province Dairy Development Board invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply and Delivery of Road Milk Tanker, PDDB/BA/077/78/NCB/GOODS/03 under National Competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Province Dairy Development Board, Bagamati Province, Hetauda, 057590511 or may visit e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.nplegn
4. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.npcan. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit cost 3,000/- of bidding document in the following bank

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Province Dairy Development Board, Hetauda at 2021/02/02
6. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the above office of Province Dairy Development Board, Hetaudaon or before 12:00 on 2021/02/12
7. Bids shall be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 13:00, 2021/02/12 at the office of Province dairy Development Board, Bagamati Province, Hetauda. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of NRs 1,70,000 - which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period
8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a goverment holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
