3. Bidders have only option to submit their quotation electronically may download the bidding documents for submission from PPMO 's website www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp.. Bidders, submitting their quotation electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified above) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Electronic bids must be submitted to Office of the Rural Municipal Executive Konjyosom, Chaugh are, Lalitpur through PPMO website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 2021-04-28 12 pm (2078-01-15 Wednesday). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2021-04-28 (2078-01-15) at 1 pm at the office. Office of the Rural Municipal Executive Konjyosom, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of minimum 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of mentioned above in table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. The bidder who wishes to submit the Bid security in the form of cash, bidders has to deposit cash in Sanima Bank Konjyosom Branch, account named GA-3 KONJYOSOM GA.PA.
