The Nepal Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from manufacturers/reputed firms/suppliers for the supply and delivery of 6 Types of warehouse equipment for NRCS Central Warehouse, Bhaktapur (Includes: 60"*60" Platform Floor Scale-10000 LB/4536 KG Capacity, Dual Handle Steel Trolley, Platform Pushing Carts, 12 Step Serrated Standard Angle Base Ladder, Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrap Machine-3000 LB Capacity, 15*1600 Cast Stretch Wrap 80 Gauge)
Tender documents with detailed specifications of all materials to be supplied can be purchased from Nepal Red Cross Society, National Headquarters, Kalimati, Kathmandu during office hours on working days from 16 October 2022 to 06 November 2022 against payment of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable).
The bidders must submit two separate envelopes for financial and technical proposals for 6 Types of warehouse equipment for NRCS Central Warehouse, Bhaktapur during office hrs. up to 07 November 2022 before 1.00 PM to Nepal Red Cross Society, National Headquarters, Kalimati, Kathmandu, and must be marked "6 Types of equipment for NRCS Central Warehouse, Bhaktapur (60" *60" Platform Floor Scale-10000 LB/4536 KG Capacity, Dual Handle Steel Trolley, Platform Pushing Carts, 12 Step Serrated Standard Angle Base Ladder, Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrap Machine-3000 LB Capacity, 15*1600 Cast Stretch Wrap 80 Gauge)."
Tenders shall be accompanied by a bid money deposit amounting to 2.5 % (two and a half percent) of the quoted value of materials. The successful bidder will have to deposit 10% (ten percent of the quoted value of the materials as a performance bond.
The received technical proposal will be opened on 18 November 2022 at 12:30 PM. at NRCS, National Headquarters, Kalimati, Kathmandu. Any discount increase or decrease in price will not be accepted after the opening of the sealed tender.
NRCS reserves the right to accept or reject in part/or whole of any tender without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obligated to accept the lowest offer.
Important: All bidders are requested to submit the technical and financial proposal in two separate envelopes and must clearly mention the name of the proposal in front of the envelope. If the supplier submits a single envelope, the tender will be disqualified.
