Social Development Center (SDC), Mohattari is a Non-Governmental organization working with World Vision International Nepal with its financial and technical support. Currently, we are looking for the professional eligible Suppliers have enough experiences and capacity in the supply of goods. We are purchasing Track Suit having specification as be below, hence it invites interested Bidders to submit "Bid" for the supply and delivery of Track Suit.
Term and Condition:
1. Filled Up tender forms to be submitted in a closed and sealed envelope to the address mention below.
2. The Envelope should clearly mark this subject "Tender form for Track Suit"
3. In Submitting the tender form, all supplier must include the following document
- Company Profile
- Copy of Valid Company registration Certificate
- Copy of Tax Clearance certificate
4. A complete set of Tender form may be collected from SDC, Mohattari and WVIN East Field office Cluster Bardibas office hour from 21-Decemeber to 3 January 2022 upon the submission of written application along with legal documents (copy of VAT certificate, copy of license, tax clearance certificate) or electronic copy of bidding document can be requested by submitting the scanned copy (pdf format) of above-mentioned documents via email.
5. The tender form will be opened at SDC, Mohattari office in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at on dated 4 January 2022 at 11:00 AM.
6. SDC reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
