Re-Request for Proposal for "Strengthening Deaddiction Services for alcohol and substance use in Nepal"

The World Health Organization (WHO), Country Office for Nepal is seeking qualified, experienced, and legally authorized Agency to provide technical support to "Strengthen Deaddiction Services for alcohol and substance use in Nepal" as per the attached TOR and RFP document (Please see below link for TOR and RFP).
The proposal should be concisely presented and structured to include the detailed resume of team experts, proposed solution, proposed approach/methodology, proposed timeline, experiences of the desired field, Institutional profile, Pan/Vat registration certificates, along with detailed technical and financial proposals separately.
The proposal shall be submitted to the below address by Monday, 26 June 2023. The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope by marking the quote accordingly.
