1. Road Division Bharatpur, Chitwan invites Electronic Bids from eligible bidders for the Road Construction Works under Sealed Quotation Procedures as follows.

4. Please refer to the complete set of bidding documents through e-procurement section of PPMO's Website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. For further information about invitation of bids, purchase of bidding document, submission & opening of bids, etc. contact to Division Road Office Bharatpur, Chitwan.
5. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account Number along with Office Code at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd., Bharatpur, and submit the receipt of the Deposited amount of cash.
6. The bidder should submit/upload bank guarantee and credit line/liquid asset in the form of standard PPMO's Format. Any conditional bank guarantee and credit line/ liquid asset will not be accepted.
7. Bidders are advised to visit the site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.
10. The above-mentioned works must be completed within 30 days of the date of Contract Agreement.
