SEALED TENDER NOTICE

Himalayan Bank Limited invites sealed tender from VAT registered eligible interested parties for supply of "Manageable Switch". The interested parties can obtain tender document from General Administration Department, Corporate Office, Kamaladi with a request letter in the letter head of the company upon deposit of Rs.5,000.00 (Non-Refundable) in any of the nearest HBL branches. The last date for submission of sealed tender is 02-06-2025 within office hours and should be addressed to General Administration Department. Other terms & Conditions will be as per the details mentioned in the bid documents.
Bidders are required to submit two separate sealed envelopes, one containing
(i) the Technical Bid and the other
(ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope.
Failure to submit proposals separately will result in disqualification.
Bidder should deposit at least 5% cash amount or equivalent same percentage of Bid Bond valid for 90 days in favor of Himalayan Bank Ltd. from "A" class Commercial Bank of Nepal along with the bid documents.
Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the tender fully or partially without assigning any reason whatsoever.
