SEALED BID INVITATION FOR SALE OF PLAN INTERNATIONAL NEPAL'S USED OFFICE VEHICLE

Plan International Nepal, Country Office, invites sealed bids for the auction of the following used vehicles on an "As Is, Where Is" (जहाँ जे जस्तो अवस्थामा) basis.
Key Notes:
1. Submission Deadline: Sealed quotations must be submitted in the Tender Box, clearly marked with the Tender Reference No., by 5:00 PM on 22nd May, 2025, at the address below.
2. Bid Document Collection: Interested bidders (individuals, firms, or companies) can collect the bid document during office hours from 9 to 20 May, 2025, from any of the three Plan International Nepal offices (addresses below), or download it from: https://plan-international.org/nepal/procurement-nepal.
3. Inspection: Vehicles are available for inspection from 9 to 20 May, 2025 (10:00 AM to 04:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except holidays) at respective Plan International Nepal offices.
4. Bid Bond: A 5% bid bond (of bid value) via bank guarantee or A/C Payee Cheque with Good For Payment marked must be included with sealed bids. Refer to the tender document for bank details.
