1. The Buddhashanti Rural Municipality has allocated funds to cover eligible payment under the Contract as mentioned. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
2. Buddhashanti Rural Municipality invites sealed quotation for eligible bidders for the procurement as mentioned under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nrs. 1000 or upon submission of original deposit voucher in NIC Asia Bank Ltd., Buddhashanti Rural Municipality A/C No. 85CA499513524007 till 27" Paush 2077,during office hours or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np.
4. Pre-bid meeting will be not be held.
5. Bids must be submitted online or by hand on office on or before 12:00 pm on 28th Paush 2077, 12th Jan 2021. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. Bidder who chooses to submit bid document online should download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, should submit (upload) their bid electronically along with the required documents and cash deposit voucher
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 on 28th Paush 2077, 12th Jan 2021 at the office of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality Budhabare, Jhapa, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by submission of original voucher of bid security amounting to as mentioned below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.Bidders can submit the bid security amount in the revenue account of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality's account held on NIC Asia Bank Ltd., Budhabare, A/C No.: 85CA499513524003 and submit the original voucher along with the Bid Document.
8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
10. All other issued shall be considered as per Public Procurement Act 2063 including latest amendment & Public Procurement Regulation 2064
