- The complete sealed Bid Documents (Hard Copy Of the E-submission) including the tender related original documents and tender form placed in e-tender must be submitted to this centre before tender opening time and be clearly marked with name and identification of each bid
- Bid Bond must be valid for a period of 150 days counting from the day of bid opening (starting from 46th day of tender notice) and must be accompanied with a scan copy of bid security issued by a "A" class commercial bank of Nepal, amounting to the Bid amount mentioned as above, in favour of and payable to the SGNHC, Bansbari, Kathmandu or Bidder may deposit the Bid Security amount in the Current A/C Number of 0206017500027 in the name of SGNHC in NABIL Bank Ltd., Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. Any foreign Bank Guarantee must be counter-guaranteed by the "A" class Commercial Bank of Nepal.
- Bids shall be opened in the presence Of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs on April 27, 2020, at the office of SGNHC Bansbari, Kathmandu. Bidder or Bidders' representatives are requested to present with their Supplier's password and sealed bidding documents with supporting original documents at the bid opening time.
- If the last date of bid submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
- Pre-bid Meeting will be held on the April 12, 2020, at 14:00 hrs at the office of SGNHC, Bansbari, Kathmandu. The attendance Of this meeting is optional but interested bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting.
- The Centre reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever. Conditional bids are not allowed.
- Price must be quoted in foreign currency (CIP Kathmandu price).
