Just Nepal Foundation (JNF) invites sealed quotations from registered motorcycle suppliers/distributors for the supply and delivery of 3 (three) motorcycles as per the following specifications:

Technical Specifications

• Engine Type: 4-Stroke, 2-Valve
• Fuel Type: Petrol
• Displacement: Minimum 149 cc to Maximum 200 cc
• Braking System: At least one disc
• ABS: At least Single Channel ABS
• Gear Box: Minimum 5-speed gear box
• Tyre Type: Tubeless (front and rear)
• Fuel Tank Capacity: Minimum 12 liters
• Fuel Delivery System: Fuel Injection
• Odometer / Speedometer / Trip Meter: Digital
• Ground Clearance: Minimum 165 mm
• Headlight: Full LED with LED DRLs
• Free Servicing at Authorized Service Centers: Minimum 2 years
• OEM Warranty (bike & parts): Minimum 2 years
• OEM Warranty (battery & lights): Minimum 6 months

Note: Bidders are encouraged to provide product brochures and other relevant documents.

Required Essential Documents

1. Copy of Company Registration Certificate
2. Copy of VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
3. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 2081/82)
4. Evidence of Authorized National Dealer/Distributor status

Instructions for Submission

1. Bidders must submit their sealed quotation including:
   • Essential documents
   • Technical Offer
   • Financial Offer
2. Prices must be quoted in Nepalese Currency (NPR).
3. Sealed Quotation must be submitted with the clear subject line: “Sealed Quotation for Motorcycle”.
4. Validity of bids should be at least 90 days from the closing date.
5. Quotations can be submitted either in hard copy or via courier to the JNF office (address below).
6. Late submissions will not be accepted.
7. Motorcycles must be delivered to the JNF Office, Bansbari, Kathmandu.
8. JNF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
