Request for Quotation (RFQ) for medical equipment

FHI 360 has been working in Nepal since the last three decades. FHI 360 Nepal is requesting quotations from qualified locally registered agencies for the supply and delivery of the following medical equipment:

The agency has an option to submit either a hard copy or an electronic copy of the quotation. Electronic quotation with subject line “Quotation for Medical Equipment” and all requested supporting documents should be submitted through email to [email protected] following FHI 360 Nepal’s instructions to submit electronic quotation. Similarly, the hard copy of the quotation with all requested supporting documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Quotation for Medical Equipment” at the following address:

The deadline for submission of the quotation is December 14, 2023, 5:00 p.m. Quotations received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive.
FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
