1. Birendranagar Municipality has allocated fund for preparation of Spatial Periodic Plan of Birendranagar Municipality, Surkhet.
2. The Client now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "Services"): [Spatial Plan of Birendranagar Municipality, Sukhet]. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
3. This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been addressed to all the eligible Consultants who will shortlisted up to the submission deadline of RFP into Birendranagar Municipality for the specific nature of works:
4. It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm, such as Consultant's parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates. The Client will reject a Proposal if the Consultant drops a JV partner without the Client's prior consent, which is given only in exceptional circumstances, such as blacklisting of the JV partner or occurrence of Force Majeure.
5. A firm will be selected under QCBS and procedures described in this RFP. The proposal must contain Technical & Financial Proposals sealed in separate envelopes. Both the sealed proposals must be sealed in another single envelope mentioning title of the task & contract id number.
6. Detailed RFP (with TOR) for the above-mentioned tasks can be downloaded from the website: https://www.birendranagarmun.gov.np or from the municipality office.
7. Interested eligible proponents are required to submit the proposal to the office of Birendranagar Municipality, Surkhet by hand/Courier on or before 12:00 PM on 2082.01.08. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. Received Technical Proposals will be opened in the presence of proponents" representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 PM, on 2082.01.08 at the office of Birendranagar Municipality, Surkhet.
