Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL), Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from registered eligible engineering consulting firms/companies for the Complete Design and Supervision Services for the construction of its Head Office Building located at Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
The overall objective of the assignment is to design and prepare detailed design on Architectural and Engineering (Structural, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Sanitary & Water supply etc.) with drawings, and provide technical assistance to clients as per their requirements, leading to the supervision of the construction of the building as well. Interested firms/companies are requested to collect the RFP document from SWBBL Head Office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, during office hours on or after 11:00 hours of 29-04-2082, by paying a non-refundable fee of NPR. 5000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Five Thousand only). The document should be physically delivered in sealed envelopes at the address mentioned below on or before 12:00 hours of 12-05-2082. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the RFP documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date, but the time will be the same as stipulated.
SWBBL reserves the right to shortlist/select or reject any or all applications, limit the number of shortlisted applicants, or annul the shortlisting process without assigning any reason whatsoever.
