Call for Request for Proposal

Provincial Support Programme (PSP) is a joint initiative of the Government of Switzerland and the Government of Nepal with Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers (OCMCM) of Koshi Province with the project duration from 01.02.2020 to 31.01.2024. PSP is being implemented by the Consortium of PwCAG and PwCPL (PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited). PSP issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for procuring consulting services to " Facilitate Training of Trainers (ToT) on National Building Code compliance to Engineers from selected Local Governments in Koshi Province & Support drafting of Building Law and Procedure for Strategic Partnership with Local Governments to enforce NBC compliance".  

The deadline for the proposal submission is 13.06.2023 until 17:00 hours.

PSP reserves the right to accept or reject in part or whole, any or all of the proposals at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever. No telephone enquiries will be entertained.
