1. The Gurkha Welfare Trust Nepal (GWT(N)), the field arm of Gurkha Welfare Trust UK, a registered charitable Trust working particularly for the Ex-Gurkha veterans and their wider communities across Nepal now invites Proposals from interested, qualified, eligible Human Resource Software developers for a robust and user-friendly HR Information System (HRIS) to streamline and enhance its HR processes. To effectively manage its workforce of over 450 staff, GWT(N) requires an HRIS that aligns with Nepali labour and tax regulations.
2. The primary objective is to procure an HRIS that integrates essential HR functions, including employee records, payroll, leave and attendance management, and performance appraisal, into a unified platform. This system should optimize operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard sensitive employee data.
3. Interested eligible vendors are required to submit the proposal along with a Cover Letter, Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal and References. Vendors must submit a copy of Company Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificates of last 3 years, Company profile.
4. Proposals along with all the required documents should be submitted to the address given below on or before 10 December 2024 (16:00hrs). Proposals received after the deadline given shall not be entertained.
5. The GWT(N) shall not be obliged to accept the lowest proposal. GWT(N) reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.
