REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Conducting Annual Outcome Survey

The Project requests an Expression of Interest to conduct an Annual Outcome Survey of the project. The Survey includes 16 rural municipalities of 8 project districts, 4 in hills and 4 in Terai. The assignment is expected to begin in the first half of coming January.

Selection of consultant will be made following the Quality and Cost-Based Selection Method as per the "World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" dated September 2023. Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below; in person or by e-mail: [email protected] no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the 16 day of first publication of this notice (26/07/2082). In case the last day of submission of the Eol falls on a public holiday, the Eol shall be submitted within the same timeline on the following working day.
Opening of thus submitted Eols will be at 2:00 pm of 26/07/2082 at the office premises. Consulting firms are requested to send an individual along with an official letter to attend the Eol opening.
