REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Introduction:
FAIRMED Foundation Nepal is a development organization committed to improving access to healthcare for marginalized and underserved communities in Nepal. For the past decade, FAIRMED Foundation Nepal has worked in close collaboration with federal, provincial, and local governments to implement projects aimed at addressing the health challenges faced by the poorest and most vulnerable populations. Our working approach includes strengthening health governance and systems, promoting positive health behaviors among the targeted communities, and ensuring equitable access to quality healthcare.
FAIRMED Foundation Nepal is planning to prepare a proposal for a Health project in Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari of Koshi Province and Saptari district in Madhesh Province for the period 2025-2029 The major focus of this project will be to strengthen capacity of local health systems and encourage sustainable behavioral changes for promoting healthy practices within the targeted communities through technical support, and mass awareness and advocacy. The project will focus on Neglected Tropical Diseases along with other essential health care issues.
Application Process:
We call for an Expression of Interest (EOI) from a qualified Nepali local non-government organization (NGOs) registered and working in aforementioned districts. One NGO will be selected from each district. NGO must be registered according to the prevailing laws and regulations of the Government of Nepal with a Permanent Account Number (PAN), renewal of organizations, tax clearance certificate and others listed below. We request organizations to fill this checklist: https://bit.ly/40sVVKF and email it to [email protected] with following attachments by 5 pm on 26 May 2025. Upon receipt of the application with relevant documents, only shortlisted organizations will be contacted for further due diligence/assessments and physical verification.

7. Copy of HR, Admin, and Finance Policy
8. Copy of audit report for the last 3 years
9. Copy of meeting minutes of latest general assembly
10. Organization Profile (Introduction, organogram, assets, human resource, past project details)
11. Latest Annual Report
12. Experience Expressions from past/current funding agencies
