Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) (SELECTION OF INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING FIRMS)

1. Chilime Engineering and Services Company Limited (ChesCo) has allocated fund from the Consulting Contract for international review of Detailed Feasibility Report of Budhi Gandaki Prok HEP and Chumchet Syar Khola HEP towards the cost of Consulting Services for International Review.
2. ChesCo has completed the detailed Feasibility Study in the form of Detailed Project Report (DPR) of both Budhi Gandaki Prok HEP and Chumchet Syar Khola HEP. ChesCo is seeking International Consulting firms to provide Consulting Services for review of DPR of both Projects.
3. ChesCo now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Consulting firms ("Consultant") to provide the Consulting Services for review of DPR of both Budhi Gandaki Prok HEP and Chumchet Syar Khola HEP.
4. Interested eligible Consultants may obtain further information and EOI document free of cost at the address below during office hours on or before April 20, 2025 12:00 upon submission of written request.
5. The Consulting firms must submit the EOI solely. Firms submitting the EOI in association/Joint Ventures shall not be considered for evaluation.
6. Payment to the Consultant will be made in Nepalese rupee (NPR).
7. Expression of Interest (EOI) shall be delivered in hard copies (one set original document and one set copy) to the address below during office hours on or before April 19, 2025 12:00.
8. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a public holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time will be the same as stipulated.
9. Pre-Consultation meeting is scheduled at April 09, 2025 14:00 at ChesCo. All interested firms are requested to attend the meeting.
10. EOI will be assessed based on Qualification (30%), Experience (60%), and Financial Capacity (10%) of Consulting firm and Key personnel. Based on evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposal through the Request for Proposal (RFP).
11. ChesCo reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to cancel the entire proceedings without giving any reasons whatsoever.
12. All submittals from the Consulting Firms shall be in English language. 13. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 60%.
