1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of following items under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures as specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
2. Under the NCB, Bidders are required to submit Bid as per the provision of ITB 22 of the Bidding Document.
3. Eligible bidders may obtain further information at MoFA, Administration Section, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, Nepal at normal office hour, Telephone No. 4200186 (Ext. 254) or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at MOFA, Procurement Unit, Singha Durbar on 02 Kartik 2082 (19 October 2025) at 14:00 hrs.
6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs of 15th day from the date of publication i.e. 11 Kartik 2082 (28 October 2025).
7. Bids will be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs. on 11 Kartik 2082 (28 October 2025) at MoFA, Procurement Unit, Singha Durbar.
8. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening i.e. 11 Magh 2082 (25 January 2026) and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of Rs.3,10,000.00 (Three Lakhs Ten Thousands Only) which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period i.e. 12 Falgun 2082 (24 February 2026)
9. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case, the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
