- Pre- Bid meeting shall be held at PU (GPCAR) office at 12:00 PM on 05th March 2020
- Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend 1:00 PM on 19th March 2020 at the office of (GPCAR), Office, Gothgaun, Morang. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period i.e total of 120 days from the day of bid opening
- If the Bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash , the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No.: 0901017501457 at Nabil Bank, Branch Office, Itahari, Nepal and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid
- If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline
- Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act-2063, Public Procurement Regulations 2064 and their amendments
- The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever
