Public Notice for Dismantling, Removal and Safe Disposal of Prefabricated Office Structures

The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is providing Technical Assistance (TA) to the Government of Nepal (GON) for the implementation of the Motorable Local Roads Bridge Programme (MLRBP) CIAS-MEH JV on behalf of the SDC, provides TA through the Local Roads Bridge Support Unit (LRBSU), invites bids from qualified vendors for the dismantling and removal of prefabricated structures located at Manbhawan, Lalitpur. The structures contain reusable materials such as metal pipes, aluminum doors/windows, False Ceiling/Board and other salvageable items. Interested vendors are required to submit their bids, including:
1. Cost for dismantling, removal and safe disposal of the buildings.
2. Value offered for reusable materials such as steel frame structure, aluminum doors and windows, etc.
Interested Bidders (only sole firms) are requested to submit their duly filled hard copies of sealed bids on or before 15:00 Hrs. on 8th May 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be downloaded from www.lrbpnepal.org.
LRBSU reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
