BBC Media Action uses various forms of media and communications to tackle poverty and contribute to long-term change in some of the world’s poorest places. To achieve this, we partner with civil society, local media and governments to:

- strengthen the media sector through building professional capacity and infrastructure
BBC Media Action Nepal is planning to host a public auction to sell the used office items mentioned as below:
- Air conditioners
- Air purifier
- Fire extinguisher
- Generator
- IT and electronic equipment (server, laptop, monitor, battery, telephone set, earthquake alarm)
- Office furniture (table, rack, chair, cabinet etc.)
- Other used office items
The auction will take place in BBC Media Action premises, Sanepa on Saturday, 17th December 2022.

Goods and items can be inspected and bided from 11am to 2pm. Results will be shared via phone call to highest bidder from BBC Media Action by the next day. Successful bidders are expected to make the full payment for the purchased items. Goods shall be removed from the site by 3pm, 19th December 2022 after full payment by cash or bank to BBC Media Action.
All the items will be sold “AS IS WHERE IS” and all sales will be final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
BBC Media Action reserves all the rights to accept or reject bids without assigning any reason thereof.
