HELVETAS NEPAL Notice for Expression of Interest Helvetas Nepal invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested and eligible firms ("Partners") to perform with or on behalf of Enhanced Skills for Sustainable and Rewarding Employment (ENSSURE)/ Helvetas Nepal ("Lead partner") to provide the following services: 1) provide technical support to operationalize Career Guidance Service Centre (CGSC), 2) provide expert input for quality assurance and sustainable operation of CGSC, and 3) digitalization of the Career Guidance service system. ENSSURE is a bilateral initiative of the Government of Nepal (GON) and the Government of Switzerland implemented by CTEVT at the federal level; Koshi province, Bagmati province, and Lumbini province and 33 municipalities within those provinces with technical assistance from Helvetas Nepal. Expressions of interest will be available to download from https://notice.helvetasnepal.org on 13 April 2023 to 27 April 2023. JV agreement among/between the consultants should be submitted. A pre-bid meeting will be organized on Tuesday 18 April 2023, 1100-1200 hrs. at ENSSURE office. Interested firms are requested to write an email at [email protected] for the registration of participation by 1400 hrs., 17 April 2023. The deadline for the submission of application is before 1700 hrs., Thursday 27 April 2023. In case the last day of submission falls on public holiday, then the next working day and same time shall be considered as the last date. The sealed EOI applications will be opened on Friday 28 April 2023, at 1500 hrs. in the presence of the applicants who choose to attend, in the address mentioned in point 3. Minimum score to pass the EOI to shortlist is 60% of the full marks. ENSSURE/Helvetas Nepal holds the right to reject or accept fully or partially.
