Request for Application for Decent Work Specialist for
"Promoting Young Women in Employment in Tourism sector" project
Right4Children (R4C) is a Pokhara-based NGO dedicated in improving the lives and living standards of disadvantaged children, youth and their families. Promoting young women in employment in Pokhara (PYWEP) project is being implemented and funded by Plan International. PYWEP is aimed to increasing decent wage employment for migrant young women. The economic empowerment of young women is pivotal to gender equality. Decent work, in particular, for both women and men enable them to build more fulfilling and promising futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.
The project is looking for a Decent work specialist to familiarize the project staff about the decent work concept and technically support in drafting guidelines for implementation of activities focused on decent work in the "Promoting Young Women in Employment in Tourism sector" project. The Decent work Specialist will provide guidance on decent work mainstreaming throughout project implementation.
