Forum for community upliftment system (FOCUS-Nepal) an NGO based on Dhading district is implementing Alternative Management Model (AMM) Programme in partnership with OXFAM FOCUS-NEPAL is planning to make Framework Agreements (Long-term agreement) with Potential Suppliers Company in Nepal for the purpose of procurement & supply of Hardware, Construction materials, tools & electromechanical required for its water supply project activities throughout the year. Therefore, all interested service providers/ suppliers are requested to submit their filled tender forms to FOCUS-Nepal, Dhading.

Terms and Conditions (Mandatory):
a. Filled up tender forms to be submitted in a closed and sealed envelope to FOCUS Nepal office in Dhadingbesi (full address mentioned below)
b. Tender Document will be issued from 18th June 2021 to 8th July 2021.
c. Tender document collection and submission must be from 10 AM to 5 PM from Sunday to Friday except for government holidays.
d. The envelope should clearly mark this subject: "Tender form for Framework Agreement of Hardware Items, Construction materials, tools & other items FOCUS NEPAL/Oxfam/AMM/ ITB/2021/02
e. Tender documents received after the closing time will not be considered entirely at the discretion of FOCUS NEPAL.
f. While Purchasing the tender form, all suppliers must include the following documents: (Company profile, Copy of valid company registration certificate, Copy of VAT registration certificate, Copy of tax clearance certificate & bank receipt of the payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 2,000/- each in the Sanima Bank Dhading branch Account # 004010010000949, Account Name: FOCUS - Nepal, Dhading).
g. the Last date of ITB/Tender submission is 8th July 2021 by 12:00 Noon.
h. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders, representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 8th July, 2021at FOCUS-Nepal, office Neelakantha-3, Dhading
